Der Kollimatormotor - Goldkontakt und Kupplungsbaugruppe besteht aus der einteiligen Aluminiumkupplung und einem integrierten MDrive23Plus-Mikroschrittmotor mit hohem Drehmoment. Die integrierte Elektronik des MDrive23Plus macht das Verlegen von Motorkabeln durch die Maschine überflüssig, wodurch das Problempotenzial durch elektrische Störungen reduziert wird. Durch die innovativen Techniken zur Steuerung des durch den Motor fließenden Stroms wird die Resonanz über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich deutlich gedämpft und das hörbare Geräusch reduziert. Der MDrive23Plus ist eine kompakte, leistungsstarke und kostengünstige Lösung, die die Konstruktions- und Montagezeit für eine Vielzahl von bürstenlosen Motoranwendungen reduziert. Dieser Mdrive-Motor kann mit den Balkenkupplungen der DS-Serie (Double Start) verbunden werden. Es handelt sich um eine Hochleistungskupplung mit geringer Trägheit, die eine spiralförmige Doppelstarttechnologie verwendet. Die Kupplung der DS-Serie wird für optimierte Motion-Control-Systeme verwendet. Diese Serie enthält zwei spiralförmige Träger (doppelter Start) mit zwei separaten HELI-CAL-Flexuren (doppelte Biege), die eine höhere End-to-End-Rotationsgenauigkeit mit radialer Flexibilität in einem einzigen Design kombinieren. Es verwendet nur integrierte Klemmbefestigungen. Diese Baugruppe ist mit einem 0,25-Zoll-Sechskant-Bit verpackt und ein Dokument enthält Informationen zum Austausch der Kupplung und wichtige Hinweise für den VCT-Kollimatornockenmotor.
